ConcealFab has innovated a new line of 5G shrouds for New York city. These compact and easy-to-service 5G shrouds needed to meet a range of city requirements for aesthetics, application, maintenance, and RF performance. We collaborated with Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) to efficiently package a sizable amount of 5G mmW radio equipment, 4G radios, and interconnection cables into the shrouds while ensuring optimal radio frequency (RF) performance. Empirical testing has proven maximum RF performance from use of our clearWaveTM radome material. Operators have the flexibility to mount their 5G radio equipment on a variety of new or existing pole types, in both the communication and power spaces, and in 360-degrees of azimuth orientation.
