COVID-19 and Measures We’re Taking
Our commitment is to provide a healthy and safe workplace for our employees, their families, and our visitors. We’ve been open for business since the beginning of this crisis, and we’re continuing to take measures to help reduce the potential risk of workplace illnesses related to COVID-19. These measures include following CDC and local guidelines to promote good health:
- Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitizing – We sanitize our entire facility each week and provide enhanced cleaning of common areas and touchpoints throughout each day. We also make hand sanitizer and extra cleaning products available for employees to keep their hands and workspaces clean.
- Symptom and Temperature Screenings – Employees and visitors entering our workplace are screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms and have their temperature screened by a health professional.
- Face Coverings – All employees and visitors are required to wear face coverings. We make disposable and washable face coverings available to employees and visitors as well.
- Social Distancing – Employees are reminded to maintain 6’ of distance and encouraged to hold virtual meetings with co-workers, customers, and suppliers whenever possible.
COVID-19 Leave – Employees receive additional paid time off specifically for COVID-19 related work absences.
